When it comes to fighting wildland fires, this Original Smoke Jumper from White's has set the standard. Every boot is hand sewn in the USA, and is rebuildable, making your investment go that much further. White's patented Arch Ease® design places your heel in such a way as to provide generous arch support. Definitely a plus when you're on your feet all day. The Vibram lug sole is replaceable as well. This 10" version, in the Smooth Black Leather option, is classified UL, in accordance with NFPA 1977-2005 31DR.

FIT
Fit should be snug from the ball of your foot back through the heel. It's normal to have your foot feel bandaged around the middle. That is White's Arch Ease® design reducing foot fatigue while providing all-day comfort and support. Due to the all-leather construction, White's Boots will shorten in length and widen as they wear. You should allow 5/8" to 3/4" space between the end of your toes and the boot. The leather will be loose over your toes, but will draw down considerably as the boots are worn.
